I am using Outlook (Office 365) for Mac. My email host has told me I am running out of space on the server and I need to reduce my mailbox size.

I want to be able to identify the largest folders to be able to remove offending emails, I know I've filed (and sent) emails with large attachments. On the PC version this is, and always has been, a simple thing to do. I even found instructions for Office 2011, but after wasting over 2 hours online with a Microsoft support person, I am still at ground zero with no solution.
Does anyone know how to identify folder sizes in the Mac version of Outlook in Office 365? Thanks in advance for your time and help. You can reduce the space being used on the server by taking several steps. One thing to look for is old Folders that have content that you've abandoned. Go to the Tools menu and choose IMAP Folders. If there are folders that you have not subscribed to, subscribe to them.
If there's content you don't want any more, delete it. Another thing to do is empty folders that have stuff in them you don't want anymore. Right-click on the Junk and Deleted folders and choose Empty Folder. Look for messages having large attachments. Change your View - Reading Pane setting to Hidden. Then Right click on the column names and choose to display Size.
You can drag the Size column to the left. Then click on size to order the mail by size. Click on the paper clip to bring messages with attachments to the top. Large attachments really eat up server space fast.
Save the attachments you want, then delete the messages having large attachments. And then empty the Deleted folder, because those messages will still be on the server until you empty the Deleted folder. I am an unpaid volunteer and do not work for Microsoft.
